Payments

Rent is payable on or before the 1st of each month. Rent is to be paid in Money Order form only. Checks and cash will not be accepted. Money Orders are to be made out to Drude Rental Management.   The tenant is responsible to pay the rent on the first of each month NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Late Payments/Fees

If the rent is paid after the 3rd day of the month you will be charged a late fee of $15.00 the first day and accruing at an additional $5.00/day until the balance is paid in full. If rent is not paid in full evictions will be filed with the appropriate court system and a fee of $200.00 will be added to the rent balance due.  This is non-negotiable.

 

Application

Each person 18 or older that will be living in the property must fill out a credit application. The cost is $35.00 per applicant and we will only be accepting money orders for the applications. After your credit has been approved (usually overnight), an appointment can be set up to give you a tour of the properties of your choosing. Your application is good for 3 months. 

 

 

 

 

 

Deposit

You can put a deposit down on any property after you have toured it. This deposit will hold the property for up to 10 days. After the 3rd day that you have paid your deposit, it becomes nonrefundable. Deposits are the same amount as the rent. 

 

Deposits and Rent are to be paid in separate cashier check or money order only.
